From a Journal's View by Jazelyn
Still many pages to go through,
My lines longing for words,
She was eager with that pen,
Smiling every now and then,
And then we met for the first time.
Words scribbled on my paper,
Number of marks getting greater,
No longer getting used to,
She enjoyed letting things out,
For a long while she'd stay around,
Both were not tired.
More than one pair of hands,
Her words these strangers scanned,
No longer just you and I,
She enjoyed the popularity,
But why all this transparency?
Secrets now all revealed.
Wasn't long 'til my back was exposed,
All pages were full and ink-clothed,
Worn out with unfamiliar smudges,
She was sad she wrote for others,
If just us she would feel better,
A mistake she learned should never be committed.
