First off. . . Suzanne LaFleur! Yeah, blah blah, she sounds like some French lady in her 40s, but she's still awesome. The first book of hers that I read was Love, Aubrey. It had characters that had real life issues about family and friendship. It was nice. She also wrote the book Eight Keys. I've always been hoping to read it, but I've never had the chance to get it at the library or buy it.
Second. . . Lauren Myracle! The first book of hers I read was Luv Ya Bunches. It took ordinary life and--BOOM!--made it awesome sauce. Now I'm hooked on all the Flower Power books. She also wrote the IM Series, the first book being ttyl. In addition to all that, she wrote other books for an older, young adult audience, like Shine.
Third. . . Phoebe Stone! The one book of hers that I read was The Romeo and Juliet Code. I thought it would just be a romance novel for kiddies, but I something more than that. It had a mysterious feel to it. She wrote some other books with a twang of romance I'm just dying to read, such as The Boy on Cinnamon Street and Deep Down Popular.
Fourth. . . Ally Condie! I haven't read any of her books, but I seriously want to read the Matched series. It's the classic dystopian society, where the big people decide everything, even who you marry. But Cassia is trying to break free. . . Erg, I want the series!
Fifth. . . Jeyn Roberts! I haven't read any of her books, but I am DYIIIIIIINNNNNGG to read Dark Inside! It's like the zombie apocalypse. . . But if you want to be more specific, the crazy killer apocalypse.
Sixth. . . Abby McDonald! Once again, I have never read any of her books, but like the romance seeker I am, I want to read Getting Over Garrett Delaney! AND I'M NOT PUTTING ANY LINKS CUZ' I'M LAZY!
Anyway, yeah! That's it for the moment! I love all these different books at different times, but that's it for now! Toodly-doo!
