Like wouldn't you want just a nice little room to sit in with no distractions? 'Cuz that's exactly what Mrs. Washington wanted after her husband died.
Today my history teacher taught me about Mount Vernon, George Washington's mansion. And this online virtual tour is SO FASCINATING. Really, it's nothing like my house and that's what makes it so interesting. It looks really fancy in some rooms (well, fancy in "olden terms" but some rooms are so simple and. . . and. . . I'D LOVE TO LIVE THERE. Like wouldn't you want just a nice little room to sit in with no distractions? 'Cuz that's exactly what Mrs. Washington wanted after her husband died. I feel like writing now. Boo, but I have homework I have to finish for extra credit, so byee! Small round green vegetables!

I am the worst procrastinator ever. WHY. WHYYYYY?!
Well, uh, time for RANDOM LOVE SONG TIME! When I Was Your Man by Bruno Mars Breathe Again by Sara Bareilles Hate & Love by Jack Savoretti ft. Sienna Miller Happier by A Fine Frenzy Taking Chances by Celine Dion Sparks by Coldplay Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye *Please* listen to the last one. And comment your reaction. *snicker snicker* Well gotta go finish mah homework so SMALL ROUND GREEN VEGETABLES. I'm thinking of making little compliments for kids at school. As much people as possible, really. It'll be little truths that'll make them feel good. Because that's exactly what people need nowadays. An example would be like a sticky note that says You're simply one of the awesomest people I know. It's because you're so honest, I think. And then I'd sign it and then I'd give it to them nonchalantly. I'd be like, "Here ya go" and just go on with my life.
I think it's a fantastic idea. But it might seem creepy, no? So whaddya think, guys? I might just go ahead and do it even if none of you guys answer back. I might even compliment one of you guys online. Who knows. Now, I don't curse, but I get angry. So please go away if you're really happy. I don't wanna ruin that. And beware if you continue. You want believe how furious I am.
Hey, guys? Would you comment hi or something? I'm down in the dumps, and I need a simple hi. I have a lot to do for this site, don't I? Oh well. I'll do it later. Okay, I figured this post is boring so far so let's just pour out all these thoughts in this post.
Do you ever start ranting about something then just delete it all? Yeah, me too. I read on Tumblr that you lose 2 or 3 of your closest friends when you fall in love. Oof. Do you ever get those texts saying "forward this to 10 girls"? I got one today. It said that I was "pretty" and that I should "forward this to 15 of the prettiest girls [I] know". The consequences of not forwarding? Being "cursed with ugly for 5 years". I decided to forward it to my friends, except I cut out the cursed-with-ugly part. I'd like my friends to know I sent that message to them because they are beautiful, not because I didn't want to be ugly. Break the curse, guys. Try to befriend everyone. I don't "aim" for the popular kids. I can talk to them, I just prefer the other kids. The kids that are nice. Different. Because those friendships last. Please, don't bully. I remember this girl from elementary school that I always made fun of because my friends did. There was honestly nothing wrong with her. And she was still my friend. I don't know where she is now. I feel horrible for doing what I did. If you bully someone, just stop. You have no idea how insecure they feel because of what others say. I was talking to my group in reading at school. I said I read somewhere that over 4 seconds of silence is considered awkward. We tried being quiet for 4 seconds a few times, but someone always talked or laughed. (I'm guilty!) And when we did accomplish 4 seconds of silence, it wasn't awkward. Oh well. Try with your friends, see what happens. ;) If you're anything like me, you tend to realize the best songs by artists are the ones NOT played on the radio. Choose an artist you hear on the radio a lot and do some research. You might find a song you love even more than the one on the radio. I think songs are better if you only get to hear them once in a while, not every day. Because if you hear them too much, they're not special anymore. You get tired of them. That's why I don't really like the songs played on the radio. Things I Do When I'm Upset: ~write ~draw ~read ~talk to someone ~sit and do nothing ~rest my eyes ~go online ~play with my dog ~do something not upsetting, simply I can't tell you how many times I've replayed mistakes in my head and revised them. Oh, I went on rambling while presenting that project? How embarrassing. Well, BOOM, not in my head! Apparently I only took 3 and 1/2 minutes! And what? I realized I was staring at some boy when I was going off into space? That's unfortunate. Well, it never happened in my head. "Cool story bro"? "Ain't nobody got time for that"? WHAT ARE THESE SAYINGS? Listen here, people say these and much more at my school. And I have no idea where they came from. And it infuriates me. I would say that, but I have no idea where that came from. I can't say it if I don't know where it came from. It's unfair to me! It sounds weird, but think about it like this: it's like saying you love an artist when you only know one of their songs. You're wrong, that's wrong, stop being WRONG. I'm really sensitive. I start crying when I see an actor crying. I'll watch a sad part in a movie I've watched 10,000 times and still cry. I'm a crier, I admit. But I cry GRACEFULLY. My brother is awesome. He'll wear some weird looking polo to school that even he thinks isn't very attractive. And he knows maybe one person will notice and say something, but other than that, nobody cares. And I think it's awesome that he really doesn't care what others say about his image. My family got one of those robot vacuums. And family likes to name stuff. So we had to decide on a name for this iRobot vacuum. My mom wanted Ruby, but after a family dinner at Red Robin, Dad suggested Round Robin. Because the thing's round, and Robin can be a boy or a girl name. In elementary school we had announcements over the intercom. In middle school we have announcements on TV. And the media crew made up this Harlem Shake video and said "don't do this, follow the rules instead". It was pretty stupid, but I couldn't help but crack a smile. Sing. Once. In front of the friends you trust. It doesn't have to be an elaborate opera musical. Just a little squeak. I don't care if you break in song and scream "R-E-S-P-E-C-T FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS TO ME" and go back to a conversation. Cuz' the kids who won't look at you funny and insult you n' stuff are the ones you should be friends with. Don't let looks deceive you. I know, it's hard. It's hard for me too. But you never know when the snobby-looking girl or the dorky-looking girl could be your best friend. One of my friends once told me they thought I looked snobby before they got to know me. And I was surprised, but I was glad they told me, really. Because it helped me to understand how easily people can judge. And that's it. Wow, I'm not that down in the dumps anymore. But still comment hi, if you wanna. K, small round green vegetables! Wahoo! I'm back! FOR ONE DAY! Sooo, how was your Valentine's Day? Oh, mine? It was horrible. I was lonely. I cried because my boyfriend just decided to break up with me. "Just friends"? Pshh, yeah right. I TRUSTED YOU, YOU JERK!!! And that was me joking! Valentine's Day was like any other day, except with more sugar. The candy hearts were THE BOMB. And I got this fuji apple pear LifeWater that tastes like a liquefied Jolly Rancher. Yum. . .? Oh! Here are some song lyrics from a song I LURVE: I'm coming home/ I'm coming home/ tell the world that I'm coming home/ let the rain wash away all the pain of yesterday/ I know my kingdom awaits/ and they've forgiven my mistakes/ I'm coming home/ I'm coming home/ tell the world that I'm coming. . . Oof, needa work on homework. WHY MUST I PROCRASTINATE SO?!!! Bye, dahlinks! This was like an awkward, short post. Hope I get in the hang of things eventually!
P.S. OHMIGOSH! It's Presidents' Day, huh? Happy Presidents' Day, I guess! |
